I recently had an oil change at Group 1 Ford of Southwest Houston, and I had a great experience. The service advisor was very accommodating, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciated that there was no pressure or hassle regarding additional services. The staff was friendly, the service was completed in a timely manner, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and service needs. Highly recommended!

About a week after my brother bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna from this dealership I crawled under the vehicle to install running boards and discovered there was no spare tire. I contacted the salesman Jeremias Rodriguez and after 3 phone calls I was told not having a spare tire was like not having a spare key. I explained that not having a spare tire was a safety hazard and never got a return call to correct the dealer oversite. My brother wound up spending $164 to obtain a spare tire off of ebay.

This time, Antonio took care of me while getting my Ford Maverick serviced, and he was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he make sure I was completely taken care of, but he also brought a great sense of humor to the experience, which made the whole visit enjoyable.

As always service was excellent. Inspection, fluid checks and replacement of windshield wipers was done.
Very sales-focused, with little emphasis on building genuine customer relationships or providing real value. The sales team was not transparent and seemed more concerned with closing a deal—even if that meant pushing unnecessary products.
They are very courteous they are respectful. They open the door for you when you pull up they greet you like you are they can folk they remember your name and your vehicle. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service. Assistant service manager Zachery Stein barely communicated with me about my car. I had to call to get updates. Plus, I am still waiting on an alleged “quote” for my transmission. My car basically sat at the dealership for a week and nothing happened. Will NEVER recommend this dealership again.
