Came to Group 1 Ford back in April to get an oil change. Was offered to purchase an oil change package that included 3 oil changes, tire rotation and the their multipoint inspection. At the same time I needed them to drain the fuel water separator due to it couldn’t be opened. About a week after my brother bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna from this dealership I crawled under the vehicle to install running boards and discovered there was no spare tire. I contacted the salesman Jeremias Rodriguez and after 3 phone calls I was told not having a spare tire was like not having a spare key. I explained that not having a spare tire was a safety hazard and never got a return call to correct the dealer oversite. My brother wound up spending $164 to obtain a spare tire off of ebay.
